My name is Betina Bruun Metcalfe. I'm 30 years old, and live with my husband and family in Varde, Denmark.

in 1994/1995 I went to Canada as an exchange student. Little did I know that that year would influence my life as much as it did. I met a wonderful man there, and after 4 years of long distance relationship, tonnes of letters and Emails we were married in Oksby Church in 1999.

We moved into and apartment in Esbjerg, where we lived for 5 years. In 2002 we had our daughter and after 2 years we decided that it was time to move to something bigger. We therefore bought a house in Varde.

We now have tow children: Alicia 3 years old, and Robin David 3 months old.

Right now I'm on maternity leave but after that I'll return to my job as a teacher. I have been teaching since 1999 when I finished my teachers education from the teaching college in Ribe, Denmark.

In my spare time I enjoy singing, dancing, playing the flute and piano (to rare at the moment though) various creative projects and computer "work"
